Nordsee, Nordatlantik, Nordpazifik Weit verbreitet in den Küstengewässern des Nordatlantiks und Nordpazifiks. Im Atlantik sowohl in Kanada als auch auf Island, am Nordkap, rund um die Britischen Inseln, im Wattenmeer, Kattegat und in der westlichen Ostsee.
